What version of WebTorrent Desktop are you using?

Version 0.24.0 (0.108.6) (x64).

What operating system and version?

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042.

What problem do you want to solve?

Add multilanguage support.

What do you think is the correct solution to this problem?

If it is necessary, I would manage to provide the Chinese version.

Are you willing to submit a pull request to implement this change?
