WebTorrent Version 0.24.0 (0.108.6) (x64) does not work in Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (Build 17763.3406) #2267

What version of WebTorrent Desktop are you using? Version 0.24.0 (0.108.6) (x64)

What operating system and version? Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (Build 17763.3406)

What happened? App opens, but no torrents can be loaded and the UI is blank. WebTorrent_blank

What did you expect to happen? For torrents to load

I believe adding the "Store" components (.NET + VCLibs, etc) on Win LTSC may resolve this: https://github.com/kkkgo/LTSC-Add-MicrosoftStore
