[Bug] Deselecting the file in the list doesn't stop it from downloading. #2315

What version of WebTorrent Desktop are you using? image What operating system and version? image What happened? Files continue to download even if deselected, and when paused, after resumind it will download even if I don't mark the file in the list as "for download" What did you expect to happen? The file shouldn't be downloaded if unmarked, it doesn't matter if it was unmarked during download process or after resume, it should pause instantly. Are you willing to submit a pull request to fix this bug? I don't know Javascript nor do have interest in learning it as its not the type of language I'm comfortable with.
