Is it possible to remove the "localhost" caption when loading the window? demo

I don't see any potential solution, honestly, this is a part of Chrome's standard behaviour while it's loading a URL. I mean this issue is not by webui.

Just run in your Windows terminal start chrome --app=http://google.com and you will see it.
