`webui_set_root_folder` is broken #385

This function was broken in recent updates and does not read the file correctly

system: windows11 branch: main

I guess you are using an old commit, it should be (C)2024 https://github.com/webui-dev/webui/blob/0878256bf8e46207962e6dc452f17369f5d54ffe/examples/C/text-editor/ui/index.html#L30
