Adding the Twitter Widget in the Website to show the latest updates in #WebVRIndia Hashtag on Twitter.

Hi @Balaji2198 , Thanks for the PR. But can you share the screenshot here for review? As there is no dev version, so can't see unless I merge it.

hey @Balaji2198, sorry that we removed this earlier as part of https://github.com/webvr-india/webvr-india.github.io/pull/38. we really appreciate your contributions and i believe we should keep in on site even though it was not at correct place, but can you continue work on this and put this on correct location?
