Changes to Init and Add commands for MPM

Changes to Init:

• Source cargo env to fix rustup error.
• Add -y to mpm dependencies.
• Install Rust without asking the user for an install option choice.

Add MPM commands:

• mpm_config <coin> to open the configuration file with all of the coins, for the specified base coin.
• mpm_start <coin> to start mpm with the specified base coin.
• mpm_stop to kill the mpm process.
