RSS の文面がおかしい

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. あるイベントの参加を取り止める.
2. RSS を見る.
3. 「hogehoge さんがを取りやめました」というメッセージが 
RSS フィードに追加される.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
「hogehoge 
さんが参加を取りやめました」というメッセージが追加さ��
�る.

Please provide any additional information below.
仮参加の方を取りやめても, 
似たようなメッセージが出るかもしれない. (未調査)
