締切と仮参加の関係を明記する

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. イベントを作成します。
2. 締切の設定箇所を見ます。
3. 
締切を設定することにより、仮参加への影響がどうなるか��
�分からない。

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
「締切の〜時間前までに仮参加の人は参加かキャンセルか��
�めなくてはなりません」という内容の文言を追加する。

全体的に仮参加の扱いに関する文章が少ない気がするので��
�整理してどこかに載せた方が良いと思います。
せっかく独自の使いやすい機能なのにもったいないです。
