Windows Code Signing fails #28

Code Signing on Windows has no effect, SmartScreen still blocks the installer.

Code Signing without an expensive OV or EV certificate has no effect. However, this can be bypassed by using Microsoft's malware analysis: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission
