Settings: Tooltip clipping out of window #61

Describe the bug When clicking the "Reset WebWriter" button in the settings, the tooltip that is opening clips the window and can't be read

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open settings
  2. Click on 'Reset WebWriter'
