Send initial application list together with the store .xdc #10

Currently the list is requested only after opening the .xdc.

The following flow should work:

  1. User sends a message to the bot.
  2. Bot replies with .xdc and user downloads it.
  3. User goes offline
  4. User opens .xdc and sees the application list.
