test: run pytest with -v by default #182

This way pytest prints the reason when it skips the test, e.g. when DCC_NEW_TMP_EMAIL is not set.

How much more verbose will it get? Is that really what we want?

You can try and see if it's ok. This is how we run it in deltachat-core-rust already.
