feat: Show app count #183

looks good, if we want to show that info that way.

it can look a little "small", directly in your face :) however, i also did not follow possible background discussions about that

if we just want to have the info somewhere, an alternative would be to add that to the footer as "123 apps, last update: ... update now"

however, i am +/-0 here, we can give it a try

Yeah I have the same opinion as you

The actual current number is "26" which is not so small as in sebi's screenshot.
