improve icon background #196

this pr removes the close-to-white-gradient from the background in favour to plain-whilte (as for the old icon)

the close-to-white-gradient does not look good in practise when really used in delta chat; the close-to-white gradient looks more like a bug - i was wrong with my initial assumptions :)

moreover, i optimized the icon for byte size, less colors, oxipng

@Septias i think, the placement of the .svg in the public folder is not good as that gets probably included in the webxdc - i did not change that in this pr, however

before / after:

we could also go for more fancy things, however, that is all in all a larger effort, this pr seems to be good enough for now

You are right @r10s with the public folder. Thought about it as well but only after the pr was finished...
