unknown author should not be set to "appstore bot" #44

this is just wrong.

better set the author to "Unknown" or so.

When importing via bot-cli, the author is set to appstore bot to show a trusted entity. This can of cause be easily fixed.

IMHO we should have "author" in manifiest.toml and who submitted the file is maybe the "publisher" or "submitted by", claiming that the bot or its owner is the author of the app is just not correct here,

and I would not recommend to use the display name and email of the submitter for that fields, ex. in the Play Store we share an email of the organization/company that is an alias, that is for contact, we don't use the email of the person that actually submitted the apk to the store
