enable "autocomplete task labels" option by default and remove the experimental from the name #58

Worked good enough for me in the past year on desktop.

Though on iOS there is a bug with the suggestions on the keyboard: image

When I click on them they don't get applied, instead they vanish and some new suggestions come. the new suggestions get applied when I click on them.
