small fixes in sendToChat() #51

adapt wording of sending empty files to reality
make more clear what we mean with "name"
described the more important parts as "one of" first

moreover, the following adapt the new API to the overall style of the document

flatten hierarchy, a depth of 4 is too much already for smaller screens, and also not needed
do not use blockquotes for side notes - they have too much contast to code and also appear more important which is not true for these notes
