importFiles add hint about user action requirement on some implementations #53

why is that note needed? i also do not understand the "because" part and how the one relates to the other.

in general, i think it is pretty clear in the first paragraph already, that it shows a dialog.

in firefox I can use the console to trigger the dialog, in safari I can not do that, it only works in safari if it is called from an onclick handler, some kind of security measure I guess

my wording is not good enough If bjoern does not understand it, maybe someone other than me can fix it. Also I can not find any info about this online, maybe it is just a bug of the safari dev console?

i made a suggestion. however, if there are no further data, let's skip this hint completely and close this pr without further action until we see comparable hints in general on larger sites (moz, google, apple)
