Trigger options using Excel and CSV does not work during migration. #1055

Original issue 1055 created by webyog on 2009-05-12T10:59:40.000Z:

Trigger options does not work with CSV and Excel import, GIves error mentioned below,

1) ERROR: [Microsoft][ODBC Text Driver] Updating data in a linked table is not supported by this ISAM. and

2) Microsoft][ODBC Text Driver] Deleting data in a linked table is not supported by this ISAM.

We should add a text in the wizard like "This type of data source is read-only and thus does not support Triggers!"
