This is a request we have from time to time. Last in IB ticket 10952. To ensure that no other files are affected I think that we should only consider files with an .sql extension and files created with SQLyog 'scheduled backup' option to use a TIMESTAMP in the file name (ie: not use metadata from the file system but the file name itself).
