In Community version we need to remove HTTP options from preferences. #867

Since http is only supported in Enterprise versions , we need to remove http options like ,

1) Force disable FK check during http import batch process and 2) Chunk size batch exports over http tunnel.

Preferences->Fonts and Color settings->Canvas should be disabled. As Schema designer and Query builder are not available for Community.
