fixed this error:

ERROR in src/pages/logs/logs.ts:2:8
Module ".../src/utils/util"  has no default export.

非常感谢 PR！我看你这里有两个改动，一个是改动template，一个是改动 webpack-plugin。能否分开两个 PR 提交呢？
