兼容没有配置aria-label出现警告的情况, Compatible with warning without configuring aria-label #206

在custom-tab-bar引用mp-tabbar示例中，使用了badge组件，会出现：property "ariaLabel" of "miniprogram_npm/weui-miniprogram/badge/badge" received type-uncompatible value 的warning，此pr是兼容该warning，补充缺省值。
