Sponsorship Ad Request Change Log #36

From January 25, 2024, Capsolver became the Bronze Sponsor1 of the Wechaty open-source project.

According to the discussion2 in our mail list, we will add their logo with bio in our README.

This will be a monthly sponsorship, and the logo will be removed from the sponsorship section if they stop being Bronze Sponsor at any time.

Removed AD for Capsolver because the sponsorship has been terminated.
