Wecharty FAQ link New-issue introduction not updated #190

2. Describe the bug

The intro says "Please search in FAQ List first, and make sure your problem has not been solved before." However, https://docs.chatie.io/faq is a invalid link.

3. To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to wecharty-getting-started repo
  2. Issues- New Issue - Wechaty Bug Report - get started
  3. In the description, it requires us to check whether the bug has been reported by going to the page https://docs.chatie.io/faq .
  4. Click that page.

4. Expected behavior

Give a list of FAQ.

5. Actual behavior

Invalid link.
