代理服务器启动成功，但是程序连接不上 #235

运行的脚本 ./wechaty_token_gateway_padlocal.sh puppet_padlocal_xxx 已经成功

显示 ：Online QR Code Image: https://wechaty.js.org/qrcode/xxxx

但是java程序连接提示 First received frame was not SETTINGS.
