fix get contact-self error #19

There is an actually login function in ts-wechay-puppet, but it seems that this function is abandoned. The function is to emit login event to wechaty, which have been completed in puppet-hostie.

How do you think about it ?

But that's ok for python-wechaty-puppet to leave login function.
