Feature to be plugined:

Event callback via HTTP protocol.

Reference material (API docs, etc):

  1. perfect event list
  2. reasonable agreement content
  3. cross language

Integrate https://github.com/wechaty/wishlist/issues/29, realize HTTP full interaction.
