Improve wechaty-puppet-lark

Feature to be plugined:

Our wechaty-puppet-lark has implemented many basic functionality, but there are still some details that have been skipped. In order to be compatible with other puppets, we need to complete the following features.

• Implement more kinds of payload. We only support EventMesssagePayload now. More payload, such as RoomPayload, RoomInvitationPayload, should be considered.
• Implement some methods. Some methods were skipped in pre-development and need to be supplemented. These methods are usually related to payloads that are not implemented.
• Implement new message type.
