github webhook transformer #40

I hope we can have a github webhook transformer specific for IM, because I relied heavily on github on my projects, I want to share all my project events with my collegues on IMs. It can be better wechaty have a ready to use service can accomplish the transform and broadcast.

I have thought of the same feature as you too!

Even I have registered a GitHub Apps for Wechaty to make that happens easy: https://github.com/apps/wechaty

Would love to see any solutions to implement this feature!
