Wechaty Room Identity Provisioning to Authing

Feature to be plugined:

Using room members as the source truth of SAML/CAS.

From the Wechaty side, we can use OpenAPI RESTful API to export services to Authing.

这个问题描述有误，身份供应的英文是 Identity Provisioning，不是 Identity Provider，这是另外一件事了 建议修改为：Wechaty Room Identity Provisioning to Authing #59
