Feature Request: Visual novels #1

I think a cool idea for the site could be a visual novel(s) around sis-chan, or Shion, or other characters.

The one Web Based Visual Novel Engine that I know of is Monogatari. According to their docs, their implementation of custom components should be compatible with Vuejs (see here), but we'll need to test that to be sure.
