slack.py 2.9.1: Merge with mainline #514

This is version 2.9.1 of slack.py (currently the most recent), copied over from the wee-slack repo.

Note that I updated the script author, as discussed on IRC.

Description

Bug fixes, see https://github.com/wee-slack/wee-slack/releases/tag/v2.9.1 for the full list. Also removed usage of deprecated WeeChat API methods.
