Do no longer use apt-key #105

Apt-key is deprecated and no longer available in Debian 11 and Ubuntu 22.04. This PR removes apt-key from installation instruction.

xx pointed out to me on IRC that it is better not to use /usr/share/keyrings directly. He is right as this is not an official repository. Therefore, I have now changed /usr/share/keyrings to /usr/local/share/keyrings.

If wished, I’ll squash these commits.
