Add documentation/metadata for Living Planet Index time series #18

taxon species-level if appropriate
sampling period (start and end times)
sampling frequency (annual, etc.)
geographical location (don't worry about preprocessing for now - keep in whatever form the original data records it as)
life history characteristics if they're readily available
- lifespan
- age at first reproduction
temperature and variation at location of sampling

The get_LPI_data function already extracts most of the above-listed metadata information. I have added code to compute and add the start and end times of individual time series. No information about life history characteristics and temperature is shipped with the dataset.
