Add documentation/metadata for GPDD time series #19

taxon species-level if appropriate
sampling period (start and end times)
sampling frequency (annual, etc.)
geographical location (don't worry about preprocessing for now - keep in whatever form the original data records it as)
life history characteristics if they're readily available
- lifespan
- age at first reproduction
temperature and variation at location of sampling

The GPDD database is imported via the MATSS package (get_gpdd_data function), where most of the above-listed metadata is extracted from tables shipped in the rGPDD package (except life hitory information and temperature). There is some discussion about accessing the GPDD data differently (via KNB) rather than the rGPDD package dependency. I will wait till this is resolved downstream for the moment, although I am happy to work on it, if this would be helpful.
