Hao:

• did not yet find time to work on dataset
• added analysis comparing permutation entropy calculations
• working on integrating and document PE code (@pennekampster will add info on contributors to https://github.com/pennekampster/intrinsic_predictability_eco/blob/master/Code/pe_code.R, which is what Hao is working off of)

Frank:

• has retrieved metadata for LPI and GPDD -- life history traits are missing (we will likely need a way to look up this info from taxanomic name and location)
• not sure about format of metadata -- https://weecology.github.io/MATSS/articles/data-formats.html -- external data files can be added to /inst/extdata for ingestion by functions that compile the data into the correct format within R

Emily:

• there are historical time series - many of these are likely filtered through humans, because they're catch (as opposed to abundances) - would be interesting to look at indicators and metrics to see how they're different / quantify how similar they are in properties to abundance data
