Convert voucher data to raw reads #25

We decided to store the voucher data as raw reads because for the voucher data the number of reads is also a measure of the quality of the match. We decided to put total reads in voucher_sample_collection so that we can filter on the quality of the run for the voucher data.

[x] Add TrnL total reads to voucher_sample_collection
[x] Add ITS total reads to voucher_sample_collection
[x] Make sure data is in raw reads in weetu_voucher_data
[x] Make sure data is in raw reads in ITS_voucher_data

I have made a branch called voucher-reads to work on this issue

This is just waiting for the PR to be merged and then it can be closed
