this is a first attempt to merge my hand annotations to @bw4sz ones. We will need to figure a way to have different people be able to pull hand annotations from the same plot/images. Maybe subfolders in annotations, named after the GitHub profiles uploading new labels?

Yeah, not sure yet what it means to have merged annotations. Trying to pull.
