investigate BLAN #21

seems in the wrong utm zone on first check. No data overlap with imagery plots, are a couple km away.

both labeled utm zone 17. @MarconiS had a problem with this kind of thing at a different site.

39.06026, -78.07164 is utm zone 17, but i see

NEON.PLA.D02.BLAN.10582   CARYA      Carya sp.  4330580 244173.8         18N

in the data.
