I emailed the poster in mid-July and haven't heard back, so these can be removed when someone gets the time.

Looks like a website redesign. archive.org has some backups, e.g.: https://web.archive.org/web/20160804082349/http://phycoweb.net/projects/DP150100705/DP150100705.pdf

Not sure we should rely on that, unless they have explicit licenses, like the example above using CC-BY-ND 3.0.
