Rodent Report #9

Now that we have data again, add a 'rodent report' page. Basically the same forecast figures, but with data points added. Menu to select forecast month to display?

Old version shows direct model-data comparisons each month on Rodent Report, but doesn't show dynamic versions of this comparison (just the prior month). It would be good to add something showing these comparisons over time to the Evaluation page.
