We do not have any of these datasets.

We are developing helper functions that could help in creating scripts(data packages) #1254. The functions will give you a start on creating the scripts.

To use the tool, fetch his code or checkout the PR #1254. make a new folder Download the files to that new folder and run the code as Andrew described in the PR.

The code will only work for csv files

@gmyenni , we managed to get some datasets. However some do have the data in formats that we do not support at the moment like pdf.

LTREB: High-amplitude midge fluctuations and the ecosystem dynamics of Lake Myvatn, Iceland This looks like a collection of over 200 datasets, we could create it's own issue
