一个优秀的工程师表现在两个方面：

  1. 持续成长：有好奇心，有学习能力，有分析解决问题的方式和能力

  2. 具体表现：

    • 利用技术解决生活中遇到的问题，还是只是上班写业务代码而已
    • 有自己的小作品
    • 有自己的专栏或者博客，记录学习或者项目总结
    • 对新技术保持敏感，投入大量时间，关注开源社区

An excellent engineer is manifested in two aspects:

Continuous growth: curiosity, ability to learn, analytical approach and ability to solve problems

Specific performance:

Use technology to solve problems in life, or just work to write business code Have their own little pieces Have your own column or blog to document your study or project summary Be sensitive to new technologies, invest a lot of time, and pay attention to the open source community
