problem

If people post mp3s with no tags, it would be cool to add tags

solution

Split the title up into 5 sections:

title: Track title
artist: username
album: weeklybeats-YYYY-W
date: YYYY-MM-DD
albumartist: weeklybeats

notes

If are already present, don't overwrite them.

A bit of formalization would help, because we use WeeklyBeats2024 as album and use the track for week number. This does end up with a lot of albums with the same name though, so perhaps the artist can be included as well?
