I think that there may be a more general requirement where users are repeatedly filling out (pdf?) forms with information that remains the same.
In order to keep us focussed, we should begin by only support BC users. However, we may want to encourage registration from non-BC residents, explaining that we only support BC - but using the registration numbers to help us identify new provinces to target. Additional provinces may be brought on board by merely adding new forms to the site.
Phil:
Sorry to generate this extra stuff, especially so soon after we talked last night.
But as I type this, maybe I have a use for a custom label: I get a lot of ideas when I'm working on an app. I find it useful to just stick them in Github issues so I don't forget about them, and then I can put the idea away and go back to solving the problem I was supposed to be solving when the idea came to me. Would it work for you if I create a label, say "wishlist" or "idea" or whatever you suggest, where I can at least flag that this is something you don't have to even think about?

I found this Government of Canada summary of what's provided across Canada: http://www.lop.parl.gc.ca/content/lop/researchpublications/prb0622-e.htm. But that's really old. Alberta info is here: http://www.humanservices.alberta.ca/disability-services.html. Alberta has a lot bigger program. We might not just be supporting autism.
