I had never implemented multiple domains for one site in the Ruby version. When I used the script, I broke autism-funding.ca, because it was the second domain on autism-funding.com. I didn't realize it until the cert came up for renewal. I spent days looking for the fix before I realized it, and then another two days because I didn't fix all the places.
