I've been using this app for some time now, but as of recently it started giving me an error saying unable to connect to server and no matter what version I download or I grab they all give the same thing

The application must also be compiled with debugging

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
