ios长时间锁屏会断开连接，需重新启动devtool #115

ios锁屏会中断websocket。然后刷新devtool页面，尤其是同时打开inspector时，app经常会展示空白，需要等待很长时间才会出现正常现象，或者多刷几次，或者重启devtool…… 这个能优化下性能包括这种长时间空白的问题吗？
